Job Title: California Part-Time Sales Associate

At Nautica, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in California. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, promoting our brand values, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including floor sets, displays, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
