Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures, maintaining a secure and organized store environment.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, contributing to business growth and success.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attend Take 5 meetings and participate in staff meetings, as required, to stay informed and engaged.
Requirements
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, adhering to company standards.
  • Demonstrate professional image and conduct, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management, and adapt to changing store needs.
  • Communicate concerns to management, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Maintain respect of peer group, staff, and supervisor, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support all company/management decisions, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
