Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work as the primary individual responsible for onboarding and integration activities of new clinical faculty at WVU Medicine. The successful candidate will ensure a timely and efficient onboarding experience for both the faculty member and the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage physician onboarding and integration programs to accelerate time to productivity and faculty retention and engagement.
- Establish and maintain engagement with new faculty members from date of signed offer letter through first 12 months of employment.
- Collaborate with various departments, including physician recruitment, benefits, payroll, clinical departments, medical staff affairs, provider enrollment, and state boards of medicine, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus two years of experience in faculty onboarding, recruitment & retention, project management, or relevant experience in healthcare.
- Driver's license required.
- Certified Fellow of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (FASPR).
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
