**Job Overview**
We are seeking highly motivated Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCC) and Human Performance Specialists to join our team in a groundbreaking Military Health program. The U.S. Army's program aims to optimize human performance by leveraging evidence-based information to increase physical and non-physical performance, decrease injury occurrence, improve access to rehabilitation, and enhance overall individual performance.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish effective strength and conditioning training programs within the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) contract.
- Develop comprehensive education and service programs to optimize individual and unit physical readiness in reducing the risk of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries.
- Complete specific tasks assigned to designated units such as fitness centers/gyms, brigade (BDE), administrative areas, outdoors, ranges, field training environments, and at the Soldier Performance Readiness Center (SPRC).
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).
- Have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification with Automated External Defibrillators (AED) certification from the American Heart Association/American Red Cross.
- 3+ years of relevant strength and conditioning work experience within the last five years.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We will be hiring for this role in several locations across the United States, including Ft. Liberty (NC), Ft. Knox (KY), JBER (AK), Ft. Wainwright (AK), Ft. Moore (GA), Ft. Campbell (KY), Ft. Stewart (GA), Ft. Jackson (SC), Ft. Huachuca (AZ), Ft. Riley (KS), Ft. Drum (NY), Ft. Bliss (TX), Ft. Johnson (LA), and JBLM (WA).
