Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strength and Conditioning Expert to join our team at Three Wire Systems. As a key member of our Military Health program, you will play a critical role in optimizing human performance by developing and implementing evidence-based strength and conditioning programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC). A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in strength and conditioning work is required, with a strong focus on developing and executing task and environment-specific functional injury control and health/well-being programs for groups of athletes or Department of Defense entities.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement plan, and paid time off.
