Position Summary:
As a Project Manager at Geek+, you will serve as the primary liaison with our partners and clients, which include a range of businesses from startups to established Fortune 500 companies. You will lead a dedicated team comprising Solution Engineers, System Engineers, and Field Operation Engineers to successfully execute warehouse automation projects, delivering significant value to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct AMR project teams through the design, planning, execution, and delivery phases of projects within the logistics sector, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Establish effective communication channels among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external contractors, to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for all project-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote teamwork and ensure seamless integration of all project components.
  • Utilize leadership skills to guide, motivate, and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project challenges and develop contingency plans to address them.
  • Oversee project planning, including scope of work, budget, schedule, internal resources, and subcontracting services.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to all relevant parties, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with project methodologies, company standards, and policies.
  • Continuously enhance project management processes by integrating best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the logistics or AMR sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and the role of AMR systems in enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities, with a history of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field; PMP certification is advantageous.
