About the Role:
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to serve as a Healthcare Inspector. This critical role involves conducting surveys within nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards.
- Analyze findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with facility staff and stakeholders to implement changes and address concerns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare inspection or quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Salary Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
