Job Title: Senior Java Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Java applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop large-scale Java applications using object-oriented design principles
* Collaborate with our development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
* Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets our high standards
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
* Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
* Strong knowledge of database design and development
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Agile development methodologies
* Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
* Experience with cloud-based development
