Project Manager Opportunity in Architecture

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on various architectural projects, from conception to completion, and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

About the Position:
  • Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and project close-out.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Develop detailed and accurate architectural designs and plans using Revit and other design software.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure all architectural projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in architectural experience, preferably with a focus on K-12 and higher education projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
