PRN Resource Float Registered Nurse

We are seeking a PRN Resource Float Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a PRN Resource Float Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-based goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a 280-bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and acute rehab services. We are accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center, and our stroke rehabilitation program has received the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Disease-Specific Care Certification of Stroke Rehabilitation.
