DCS Corp is seeking a Lead Program Scheduler to provide essential support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBD), specifically within the Theater Battle Control Division.
The Theater Battle Control Division is responsible for overseeing initiatives aimed at developing, acquiring, deploying, and maintaining programs that facilitate global communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.
This position is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Facilitating communication and coordination of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities across various functional areas within the Program Management Office (PMO).
- Producing IMS technical deliverables, including GANTT charts and network diagrams.
- Providing integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and ensuring key schedule requirements are incorporated for mission success.
- Assisting in requirements development, preparation of plans, and evaluating the feasibility of achieving desired outcomes.
- Effectively communicating schedule objectives, plans, and progress to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and management.
- Implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet project goals.
Qualifications:
Due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will possess either a High School Diploma with 15 years of experience (8 years in the Department of Defense) or a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience (5 years in the Department of Defense).
An adjudicated DoD Secret Security clearance is required on the first day of employment.
Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools, particularly Microsoft Project, is essential.
