  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with Shopping: Help customers locate products, provide product information, and make recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and efficient checkout process, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Merchandise Duties: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Store Recovery: Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including the merchandise return and go-back process, to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular bending, lifting, and carrying.
