Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and learning programs as written and directed by BCBA/BCaBA.
  • Collect data on all behaviors targeted and skill acquisition goals.
  • Meet with supervisors as needed to analyze information gathered.
  • Ensure that documentation is completed and converted in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other members of the team.
Qualifications
  • Current certification as a registered behavior technician.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between client locations for appointments as assigned in a punctual manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, and other ABA methodologies.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Working knowledge and use of data collection program tools.
  • Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office, Excel, internet).

Physical Requirements
  • Maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.
  • Regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.
  • Utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.
  • Lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
  • Transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.
  • Visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
  • Manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
  • Reliable transportation.
