Work Schedule

This is a part-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting, implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Accurately collect and document data on client behavior.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and assist in their training.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for clients and their families.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Education: High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with children under 10 years old; prior experience as a therapist or RBT is advantageous.
  • If not already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, training will be provided to obtain certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation is necessary to ensure timely attendance at appointments.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Demonstrate respect, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities and the capacity to be energetic.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards.
  • Physical ability to lift 20 lbs and sit on the ground as needed.
