**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Perform routine and annual physical examinations, as well as primary care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and administering immunizations.
- Prescribe medications and counsel patients about drug regimens and possible side effects.
- Maintain timely and complete records of patients' personal health information.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and community education and outreach programs.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or college.
- Current registered nurse licensure and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure and certification.
- Clinical training and experience in ambulatory care.
- Basic life support certification.
