About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The successful candidate will have extensive experience in caring for critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions.

The ideal candidate will be able to assess, monitor, and manage cardiac rhythms, administer medications as prescribed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-acuity setting, providing specialized nursing care to patients with complex cardiovascular needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Assess patients' cardiovascular status, monitor cardiac rhythms, and administer medications as prescribed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Perform advanced cardiac monitoring and interventions, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management

Requirements:

  • Current RN license
  • BLS certification
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in CVICU nursing
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
