Our Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program is crafted for individuals eager to assist clients in achieving their financial aspirations. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the Merrill Wealth Management division.

About Merrill Wealth Management

Collaborate with seasoned professionals at Merrill to grasp fundamental aspects of wealth management, including investment strategies, banking solutions, relationship cultivation, digital tools, and client engagement. Interns play a vital role in enhancing client service experiences, fostering client relationships, and managing interactions.

Training and Development

Your growth is our priority. The program begins with formal training, supplemented by on-the-job support, educational events, and mentorship throughout the summer. Interns will also benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes online learning, technical training, and professional development opportunities. Key responsibilities may encompass:

  • Client Service - including onboarding, account management, and digital engagement
  • Utilizing financial knowledge to support various projects as directed by clients and business leaders
  • Participating in roles such as Client Engagement, Relationship Management, and Operations
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operations and client experiences

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or direct-to-Master's degree program
  • Detail-oriented and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities and expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
