Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team at Ehrlich Pest Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, selecting and building effective solutions, and performing pest treatments to create a pest-free environment. The estimated salary for this role is $15.86 per hour, plus incentives, which translates to approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity
- Select and build effective solutions to remedy pest presence
- Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
- Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits
- Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle driving record check
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
