We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the management team to evaluate nursing care and implement policies/procedures.
- Direct and monitor nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Serve as a resource person for staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
