About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team of Flexologists at StretchLab - Boise & Eagle & Meridian. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experience: Provide personalized assisted stretch sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretch sessions.
  • Drive Membership Growth: Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build and retain StretchLab membership.
  • Client Care and Safety: Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking clients' weekly recurring appointments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Associates and General Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Prior certification/degree/license required from a nationally recognized organization/university in one of the following fields: Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Sports Medicine/Corrective Exercises, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning Coaching, Physical Therapy, or Pilates Instruction.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to exude empathy, with a passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Professional Work Ethic: A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Flexologist Training Program: Must successfully complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, which includes 40 hours of online tutorials, a two-day workshop, and 20 hours of practical training.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available to work either mornings (start at 8:00 am) or evenings (until 8:00 pm), as well as Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
