Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual HR Associate to deliver administrative and operational Human Resources assistance to essential business partners during Dayshift in a dynamic manufacturing setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist employees and visitors, embodying a 'Face of the Company' ethos with respect and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing basic information; oversee daily employee attendance notifications.
  • Conduct Workday administration and data entry tasks.
  • Oversee employee badge issuance and facility access management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Perform additional associate duties and projects as assigned.
  • Enforce employee discipline policies.
  • Ensure adherence to all State and Federal employment regulations.
  • Support various employee engagement activities.
  • Generate reports from the HRIS as required.
  • Maintain records, reports, and logs relevant to metrics reporting.
  • Conduct various filing tasks as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to achieve goals and meet deadlines amidst frequent interruptions.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and robust organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; experience with Workday and Kronos is a plus.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in HR or a similar office setting.

Educational Background:
Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Human Resources.
