About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DOSWELL OPERATING GROUP. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve and Greet Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Listen to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability, ensuring a consistent and high-quality work experience.
  • Dependable Transportation: Possess a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
