Position Overview

As the System Test Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting the Space Development Agency (SDA) within a dynamic setting. Your contributions will be essential in the development, planning, and execution of system-level testing for Tranche 1, aimed at enhancing PWSA capabilities for the warfighter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a comprehensive testing strategy for Tranche 1 aligned with Enterprise objectives
  • Develop test plans and procedures for all levels of Tranche 1 testing
  • Oversee and coordinate test execution activities
  • Manage vendor VOOT, create FOOT, and perform capabilities assessments
  • Lead a technical team comprising 4-6 members

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with satellite testing methodologies and best practices
  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing detailed test plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • TS/SCI Eligibility
