Job Summary:

This is a community-based therapist position that offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, and possess current licensure by the State of Michigan. Experience working with children and adolescent patient populations is required, and the ability to meet the requirements for Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and their families in their community
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote growth and healing
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
  • Current licensure by the State of Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or limited license)
  • Experience working with children and adolescent patient populations
  • Ability to meet CMHP requirements within 120 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license and favorable driving record
