Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense and oversee medication management with oversight from the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants on a shift-to-shift basis
- Review Medication Administration Records
- Communicate daily or as needed with Physicians
- Assist Director of Nursing with monitoring chart accuracy and completion
- Assess and evaluate resident issues and medical concerns
- Document incidental occurrences and other pertinent resident medical/care information
