As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized care to residents, including developing care plans and administering treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Supervising and training nursing and other staff members to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Documenting resident histories and interventions to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

• A current Delaware state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Graduation from an approved nursing program.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
