About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ChildServe. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive physical therapy services to children in our outpatient service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer standardized tests and assessments to identify children's needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide physical therapy services to children, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote physical development and function.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to care.
  • Participate in internal quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active license to practice physical therapy in the state of Iowa.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
