ViaSun Corporation is in search of a dependable and skilled individual to fulfill the role of a CDL Operator. In this position, you will be tasked with the transportation and delivery of construction and preservation equipment and materials, ensuring their secure and punctual arrival at specified locations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas, and ensure the proper handling and securing of equipment and materials.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while maximizing fuel efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, reporting any issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts, delivery confirmations, and any incidents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring positive interactions with clients and addressing any concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:
  • A valid Class A CDL driver's license and DOT medical card are required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and a willingness to work flexible hours to meet project schedules.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
