Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales area.
  • Guide customers in choosing the right vehicle by engaging in meaningful conversations and actively listening to their needs.
  • Articulate the features, performance, and advantages of our vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Provide detailed information about optional equipment available for purchase.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of both new and used vehicles.
  • Learn effective techniques to address objections, finalize sales, and navigate the sales process according to company standards.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on goals, planned activities, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in maintaining the dealership lot throughout the year.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor, particularly in negotiations and objection handling.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Must possess a valid and clean driver's license.
