Job Title: Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Harrison Animal Hospital. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets
  • Manage practice reception, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing workflow
  • Prepare and send client correspondence, including reminders and notifications
  • Perform backup of computer system and oversee daily business operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work on weekends as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
