We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC.
Job Summary:The Client Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction. This role will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to our veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage practice reception, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and handling cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and veterinary medical records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing client correspondence, and sending reminder notices.
- Perform data entry, word processing, and mail services as needed.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous veterinary experience preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
