About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spray Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. This role involves providing exceptional service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their spray equipment is in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain all types of spray equipment, including airless, conventional, electrostatic, and pressure washers, at our store or at customers' job sites
  • Conduct hydraulic and warranty repairs, as well as rebuild pumps to ensure optimal performance
  • Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment operation and maintenance
  • Maintain an inventory of spray parts to support efficient repair services
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience repairing spray and/or hydraulic pumps and equipment
  • Experience working in delivery, retail, or customer service positions
