Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist Team Lead to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in the least restrictive environment possible.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in therapy, substance use disorder treatment, and case management. They will be responsible for planning, managing, and directing the daily operations of the ACT team, providing direct supervision to team members, and ensuring compliance with fidelity and accreditation standards.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing billable direct services to ACT individuals through counseling, crisis intervention, and case management
  • Overseeing the provision of all clinical services to assigned program areas
  • Participating in developing and managing a collaborative and cooperative service environment in the community
  • Monitoring ACT team services to ensure compliance with fidelity and accreditation standards
  • Providing clinical oversight and support to staff
