The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, leadership, and direction to a team of 10, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. A Georgia professional license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

The Clinical Team Lead will be responsible for planning, managing, and directing the daily operations of the ACT team, providing direct supervision to team members, and ensuring compliance with fidelity, accreditation standards, and governing boards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance to team members
  • Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and governing boards
  • Developing and managing a collaborative and cooperative service environment
