Senior Nurse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Nurse Manager to join our team in the State of Georgia. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage nursing activities in assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing administration, public health or a directly related field. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.

The successful candidate will have a current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse and at least two years of experience as a supervisor. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection of data for statistical records, planning and directing the work of nursing or other professional staff, and ensuring an adequate level of nursing care. You will also have the opportunity to provide staff development, including orientation, in-service training, workshops and continuing education for all levels of nursing staff.
