Columbus Hospice of GA & AL is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team in Columbus, GA. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a hospice setting.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong nursing background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in hospice care and a proven track record of managing staff, budgets, and resources effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of patient care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • RN license with at least 1 year of experience in hospice care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Salary and Benefits
