We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician / Medical Doctor / Bilingual Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation and Diagnosis: Consult with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns, and diagnose and treat acute illnesses, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes.
- Prescription and Treatment: Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Patient Education: Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients, and provide health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.
- Referral and Support: Refer patients to other medical specialists, when necessary, and provide support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.
- Education and Certification: Must have an active NY State License and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Language Skills: Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
- Work Experience: Must have relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Competitive Salary: The salary for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 / yr (negotiable).
- Full-time or Part-time: This is a Full-time or a Part-time position (2-3 days a week - weekdays).
