Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive nursing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and supporting disease prevention efforts under physician orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Comprehensive Care Plans
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Support disease prevention efforts and promote healthy lifestyles
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams
  • Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
  • Assist in medical procedures and contribute to treatment planning and evaluation
• Conduct Patient Assessments and Monitor Progress
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor progress
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care activities and patient education
• Maintain a Safe and Therapeutic Environment
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
  • Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality

Additional Requirements

• Professional Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of recent, continuous experience in a relevant healthcare setting
