Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of comfort and well-being for our clients.
- Record and maintain accurate patient information, including vital signs, weight, and medical history.
- Assist nurses in maintaining medical inventory and ensuring a clean and healthy environment.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients, following established protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical terminology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience within the last 36 months as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to maintain accurate records.
- CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Current certification in the state of California.
