With a strong understanding of BIM workflows and a minimum of 6 years of experience managing design and/or engineering teams, you will be responsible for implementing quick response and flexible capabilities to meet team demands. You will also establish and manage relationships with third-party services, prepare and develop 2D/3D CAD/BIM shop drawings and standards, and maintain accurate records of drawings and project details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage KPIs to meet customer demands.
  • Develop high-performance work teams committed to integrity and collaboration.
  • Implement BIM standards and industry best practices.
  • Establish and manage relationships with third-party services.
  • Prepare and develop 2D/3D CAD/BIM shop drawings and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings and project details.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and application of BIM workflows.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing design and/or engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with BIM software applications.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling within BIM.
  • Relevant knowledge in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Engineering Technology, or Fabrication.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
