Job Title: Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. The successful candidate will have experience in the new ground up building of multifamily and commercial projects, as well as assisted living, tilt up, hotel, mixed use, and higher education projects.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with owners, architects, and design professionals from the conceptual phase to operations
* Create conceptual budgets at early stages of project based on unit metrics provided by client
* Prepare detailed and accurate estimates that clearly communicate project costs and scope at different stages of design
* Prepare overall contract exhibits reflecting final budget to client for execution and award
* Perform value engineering studies for client consideration if budget issues arise
* Through company bidding software, prepare detailed instructions to bidders, trade specific clarifications, and comprehensive bid packages
* Review and validate/level subcontractor bids and proposed schedules
* Engage subcontractor/client outreach to expand subcontractor partnerships
