Job Title: Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the preconstruction process, from conceptual budgeting to final budget development and turnover to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, and design professionals to develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates.
  • Prepare comprehensive bid packages and review subcontractor bids and proposed schedules.
  • Engage with subcontractors and clients to expand partnerships and improve project outcomes.
  • Perform value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in preconstruction management, construction estimating, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
