This role will involve providing programming, troubleshooting, and repair of vehicle electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems to meet production goals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced electrical theory, including AC and DC systems, and be able to perform multimeter functions to complete troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of advanced electrical theory, including AC and DC systems
- Ability to perform multimeter functions to complete troubleshooting tasks
- Understanding of series, parallel, and advanced electrical circuits
- Advanced understanding of PLC logic and ability to troubleshoot PLC systems
- Ability to identify all NFI electrical components and provide explanation of function
- Ability to identify all components on an NFI electrical schematic
- Computer skills to include Excel, Outlook, and Internet browsers
Requirements:
- High School or GED equivalent
- Associate degree in automotive discipline, electronics, or equivalent vocational school/job experience combination
