Join Our Team as a General Service Technician

Embark on a rewarding career journey with Team Car Care dba Jiffy Lube today as a General Service Technician. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $50 and incentive bonus pay for performance. Our flexible scheduling options include full-time and part-time positions, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.

As a General Service Technician, you'll begin your journey in an entry-level position. Your primary responsibilities will involve professionally servicing our guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and an exceptional guest experience.

Through our esteemed training program, you'll receive certification and expertise in all the services we offer, setting you up for success in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
  • Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
  • Complete vehicle inspection
  • Document all work performed on the repair order
  • Report any safety issues immediately to management
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation

You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal. Depending on location, our stores may be open seven days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays. Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
