Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Requirements
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (required)
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service, able to learn computer functions, and pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
