Job Overview

At Powered Compressors & Supplies, we are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing various equipment, including compressors, pumps, motors, hoists, gearboxes, and blowers.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and develop your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing customers by traveling to job sites, troubleshooting issues, and resolving equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintaining rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved methods and techniques.
  • Keeping customer equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing preventive maintenance.
  • Documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and attending manufacturer training schools.

Requirements:

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
