Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and drive operational efficiency in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a team of 12-15 maintenance personnel working on a multiple shift, 7-day operation (with reduced production on weekends). This is a Monday-to-Friday, day-based role, reporting directly to the Plant Manager who empowers employees and gives full control to department heads. Our team includes skilled mechanical, electrical, and automation technicians with varied products, brands, and processes. Equipment includes reactors, furnaces, mixers, centrifuges, mills, and more, primarily using Allen-Bradley from an automation standpoint, along with some robotics.

This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who can manage by example and tackle complex technical challenges alongside the maintenance and engineering teams. You will work with a great team and have plenty of scope for impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of maintenance personnel in a production environment
• Lead schedules and budgets to achieve operational efficiency
• Strong hands-on maintenance experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing maintenance personnel
• 4-year degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience with chemical processing and production-related equipment

About the Role:

This is a Monday-to-Friday, day-based role with a salary range of $100-$125K, plus bonus, 401K matching, health insurance, and other benefits. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
