At Scooter's Coffee, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Coffee Shop Team Members are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing fast, friendly service to our customers.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Greet and connect with each customer, building a rapport to ensure a positive experience
* Welcome questions and take opportunities to educate customers about our products and services
* Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary and additional products, and merchandise
* Manage cash drawers and process payments in a timely and friendly manner
* Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
* Maintain cleanliness of store equipment and areas
