Job Overview

*Directs efforts to demilitarize, transport, and manage disposal instructions for TADSS, GFP, and unaccounted assets as required.

*Prepares shipping and disposal documentation to facilitate accountability adjustments.

*Maintains and updates disposal and inventory records in InSITE, providing support to the FOCUS center and site personnel.

*Manages daily logistics and shipping operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

*Plans and oversees logistics, warehouse management, and customer service functions related to transportation and shipping.

*Coordinates and optimizes the complete order lifecycle, engaging with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.

*Monitors quality, stock levels, delivery timelines, and transportation expenses.

*Develops transportation routes, processes shipments, and ensures proper disposal of materials in accordance with CPF 12.

*Addresses and resolves operational challenges.

*Supervises and trains warehouse staff, achieving targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.

*Analyzes performance metrics and implements enhancements based on data insights.

*Ensures inventory accuracy and manages stock movements effectively.

*Implements health and safety protocols in collaboration with HR and Safety departments.

*Stays informed about advancements in logistics technology to improve operational efficiency.

*Conducts training sessions on the proper handling of TADSS to minimize damage.

*Oversees the international shipping coordinator and truck drivers, collaborating with site staff as necessary.

Qualifications:

(10+ BA/BS or 5+ MA/MS) or (14+ AA/No Degree)

Required Experience:

*Proven experience in leading transportation and disposal operations for TADSS, GFP, and unaccounted property.

*Demonstrated ability to create shipping and disposal documentation for accountability.

*Experience in maintaining disposal and inventory records in InSITE.

*Background in overseeing logistics operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

*Expertise in managing logistics, warehouse, and customer service functions.

*Experience in coordinating the order lifecycle and negotiating with suppliers and customers.

*Ability to track quality, stock levels, and transportation costs effectively.

*Experience in route planning and proper material disposal.

*Proven problem-solving skills in a logistics environment.

*Experience in supervising and training warehouse personnel.

*Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets.

*Experience in maintaining inventory accuracy and managing stock movements.

*Knowledge of health and safety procedures in logistics.

*Familiarity with logistics technology advancements.

*Experience in training on TADSS handling procedures.

*Experience in overseeing shipping coordinators and truck drivers.
