Essential Skills Required

1. Fire Alarm Installation Experience - A minimum of 2 years in the installation of commercial fire alarm systems, including components such as horns, strobes, pull stations, MC cable, and fire alarm cable.

2. Blueprint Interpretation - At least 2 years of experience in reading and understanding blueprints within commercial settings.

3. NICET Certification - Preferred but not mandatory.

Position Summary

TEKsystems is seeking a qualified individual to join their fire alarm division. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation of MC/fire alarm cables, conduit work, and the mounting of panels, strobes, pull stations, and speakers. Proficiency in blueprint reading, cable installation, and circuit setup is essential, with the ability to work independently without supervision. A helper will be assigned to assist upon commencement of the role.
